Description
A quick, no-cook charcuterie board featuring sharp cheddar, turkey, crisp apples, and toasted nuts, designed for busy weeknights and ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese or Brie
- 6 oz turkey slices
- 6 oz salami or pepperoni
- 2 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji), sliced
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or apricots
- 12 oz crackers (mix of water crackers and seeded/whole grain)
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup pretzels (rods or twists)
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Slice apples and cube cheddar. Place nuts and dried fruit into small bowls.
- Place large pieces of cheese on the board first, fanning out cheddar cubes or placing Brie wheel as anchors.
- Fold meat slices loosely and tuck them between the cheeses to add height and texture.
- Scatter apple slices, grape clusters, dried cranberries, and nuts into empty spaces to avoid gaps.
- Stand crackers up against the cheese or lean them against each other to create verticality.
- Drizzle honey lightly over the cheese and apples in a zig-zag pattern.
- Serve immediately at room temperature.
Notes
Let cheese sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving for better flavor. Toss apple slices in lemon juice if prepping ahead to prevent browning. Do not freeze this board as texture will be compromised.
